Mechanically cold pressed from 100% organic raw Sacha Inchi seeds, Inca Oil is known to have one of the most ideal ratios of Omega 3, 6, and 9 respectively. It also contains high levels of anti-oxidants and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent supplementary food since the human body is unable to produce or synathesise essential fatty acids on its own.
However, this cold pressed oil should not be heated for cooking. It is often sprinkled on cooked vegetables, pasta or salad for adding a special flavour to the food. Alternatively, you can also choose to consume 1 teaspoon of Inca Oil on its own every day.
